Fjordhus Reivers Hockey Club has a large membership of around 250 young players from 7 – 17 years of age.  

 

As a club we strive to provide an environment for our youth where they want to come, and are encouraged to fall in love with sport by allowing them to have fun, learn and develop as individuals.  Our aim is to provide a safe, respectful and supportive environment where they develop decision making skills, resilience and leadership qualities. We support our youth by improving their sense of belonging, team work, confidence, resilience and self-esteem and winning is not seen as the ‘ultimate’ outcome.  

 

There are lots of opportunities for competition in the forms of Festivals for the younger players to East District Leagues at u14s, and also Scottish Hockey National Cup competition for our u16 and u18s.
