The Fjordhus Ladies 1's squad were promoted to the Scottish Premiership  in 2024 years. This team is full of talented, aspiring young hockey players as well as a few experienced players still looking to play at a high level.

 

The Ladies 1's train on a Wednesday 7.00 - 8.30 and a Thursday night from 6.30 - 8.30 pm at Tweedbank Sports Complex.
